VIP Hosts

Megan began her journey at Grand Falls Casino and Resort in 2019 as a table games dealer and supervisor. Her favorite games to deal are: Roulette, Texas Ultimate, and Freebet Blackjack. She moved to VIP in 2023 after graduating with her Associate's in Marketing. Megan has lived in Sioux Falls, SD most of her life. In her free time she likes to spend time with family, volunteer, cook, and shop. Her goal is to give our guests the best experience here at Grand Falls.

We would like to welcome Christopher Gonzales as our newest VIP Host at Grand Falls Casino and Golf Resort. With a B.A. in Marketing and experience in Sales and Customer Service, Christopher is well-qualified to meet your VIP needs. When he's not assisting guests, you can find him coaching his children's softball and baseball teams. Not only is he throwing strikes on the ball diamond in the summer, but he also does so in bowling alleys during the winter. Christopher enjoys spending family time with his wife and three children. On your next visit, Christopher is ready to help with any of your Grand Falls needs!

Lydia was born in our gaming capital of Las Vegas, where she grew up and graduated from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism. She has spent most of her career as a news reporter/anchor for local news stations including Tampa Bay and Sioux City. She loves to spend her time outdoors or being around her two kitties Mamacita and Sam! Make sure to say hello to Lydia next time you see her on the Casino floor!
